Having trouble falling asleep?  Getting into a relaxed state, like you do in hypnosis, can be a wonderful way to help you fall asleep quickly.  We all naturally pass through the hypnotic brain wave state when falling asleep and when waking up.  That’s why hypnosis is such a great tool when you’re having trouble falling asleep.

This program is all about relaxing your mind and body to assist you in falling asleep quickly.  Because this program is designed to help you fall asleep and stay asleep it doesn’t include the typical “wake-up” suggestions at the end of the session.  Instead it instructs you to drift from this relaxed state into a wonderful state of restful and rejuvenating sleep, if you haven’t already fallen asleep before you get to the end of the session.  Then you’re free to enjoy a restful night of sleep just as you would if you’d fallen asleep without the hypnosis session.
